We are pleased to announce the summer mountain training camp in picturesque Zakopane (Poland), in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains!
DATES: July 7-13, 2025
WHAT TO EXPECT:
7 days of intensive training
Category climbs with breathtaking views of the Carpathians
Professionally designed program with interval training and long rides
Practicing mountain climbing and descent techniques
Cozy evenings with like-minded people discussing the day’s achievements
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Acclimatization rides
Long climbs to develop endurance
Interval training in the mountains
Analysis of key sections of the Tatra Road Race AS and Hell tracks
Simulation of racing conditions
Days of active recovery
A visit to a bathhouse (sauna)
Organized photo stops in the most spectacular locations
